  • We are hiring a NOC (Network Operations Center) / Network Monitoring Assistant
  • The role involves monitoring software and website systems using specialized tools, detecting incidents, and responding to alerts from international clients. This position focuses on application and system monitoring rather than hardware or connectivity troubleshooting.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience in software, website, or application monitoring in a NOC, BPO, or similar environment
  • Skilled in using monitoring tools and ticketing systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly detect issues
  • Comfortable communicating in English, as the role involves working with international clients
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig, and open to shifting schedules.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor websites, applications, and systems using software-based tools
  • Detect, assess, and respond to incidents, alerts, or performance issues
  • Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate cases when necessary
  • Log and update incidents through ticketing systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth operations
  • Follow maintenance schedules and assist in system updates
  • Support global clients while adhering to international standards
