Responsibilities
- Install, Splice, and repair telecom lines and network equipment
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, modems, switches, and services
- Provide on-site technical support and service demonstrations to customer
- Maintain accurate records of work orders and adhere to safety protocols
Job Requirements
- Highschool diploma (Telecom/technical certification preferred).
- Experience with telecom equipment, cable testers, crimping tools, and signal meters.
- Ability to read technical manuals/schematics and troubleshoot issues
- Physical ability to climb poles, work at heights, and lift heavy equipment
- Valid Driver's License (must be able to drive)
