● Ensures the reliable operation of equipment by managing the lubrication system and performing preventive maintenance and daily routine checks & inspection.

Key Responsibilities:

● Perform routine lubrication and maintenance on mining equipment, Jaw Crusher, Rotating parts, and conveyor systems.

● Monitor and record lubrication schedules, fluid levels, and condition of lubricants.

● Conduct inspections to identify leaks, wear, and other mechanical issues related to lubrication.

● Maintain lubrication equipment(Hydraulic hose, Greasing tools, Grease and Oil Lubricant Inventory, Lubrication system ensuring they are clean and functional.

● Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations while handling lubricants and chemicals.

● Assist in troubleshooting lubrication-related equipment failures.

● Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to supervisors.

● Support the training of other team members on lubrication procedures and safety practices.

Skills:

● Familiarity with mining machinery and maintenance management systems.

● Certifications in safety and environmental compliance.

● Experience with predictive maintenance techniques.
