A plant maintenance mechanic / technician for acetylene and nitrogen compressors is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of specialized gas compression systems through proactive preventive maintenance, rapid breakdown response, and strict compliance with safety regulations. Given the hazardous nature of acetylene (flammable) and high-pressure nitrogen, this role requires specialized knowledge of gas handling, lubrication, and safety protocols.
