We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Technician to be assigned in a 4star hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, refrigeration units, dishwashers and other food preparation machinery
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying issues and implementing timely repairs to minimize operational disruption
• Conduct preventative maintenance schedules to ensure all kitchen equipment operates at optimal performance levels
• Document maintenance activities, repair work and equipment performance in maintenance logs and reports
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests and breakdowns to keep kitchen operations running smoothly
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety and sanitation regulations and standards
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding equipment status, usage guidelines and maintenance requirements
• Order and manage spare parts and supplies necessary for equipment maintenance and repairs
• Collaborate with senior technicians and management to develop and implement equipment maintenance programs
