Roving Maintenance Staff

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of company branches and facilities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are functioning properly.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Coordinate with branch personnel regarding maintenance concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.
• Submit maintenance reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate, vocational graduate, or college level.
• With experience in building, facility, or equipment maintenance is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair works.
• Physically fit and willing to perform manual tasks.
• Willing to travel and be assigned to different branch locations.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Responsible, hardworking, and trustworthy.
• With a valid driver's license (preferred but not required).
