- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial air conditioning units
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues efficiently and accurately
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding issues, solutions, and maintenance tips
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks on time
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical components
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Customer-focused mindset with a team-oriented attitude
- At least 1–2 years of experience in RAC or HVAC servicing
- TESDA NC II (RAC) certification is an advantage
