Qualifications:

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical fitness to perform manual labor, lifting, and climbing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment logs.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with external contractors or service providers when specialized repairs are needed.
• Suggest improvements for equipment performance, efficiency, and safety.
