Position: Production Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Production Technician to support manufacturing and production operations. The ideal candidate must have at least 1–3 years of experience as a technician, with strong technical abilities in equipment operation, maintenance support, and production troubleshooting. Welding experience is an advantage but not required. The role requires flexibility in working on shifting schedules.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and support production machines and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and assist in resolving equipment or production issues.
• Conduct routine inspection and basic preventive maintenance of machines.
• Assist in set-up, adjustment, and calibration of production equipment as needed.
• Ensure compliance with production standards, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
• Record production outputs, machine status, and maintenance activities accurately.
• Support production line workers and supervisors to meet daily targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned work areas and equipment.
• Report any equipment malfunction or safety concerns to the immediate supervisor.
• Perform other related technical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate, Technical/Vocational Graduate, or College Level.
• Minimum 1–3 years experience as a Technician in a production or manufacturing setting.
• Basic knowledge of machinery operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Welding experience is an advantage but not required.
• Physically fit and able to perform technical and manual tasks.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Must have complete pre-employment requirements.
