Facility Technician I

Job Description
- Performs facility equipment and provides the utility & infrastructure needed to operate the plant.
- Conduct and check equipment maintenance set up based on schedule and check improvement plan based on existing equipment/system day to day set-up
- Supports Facility Engineer on evaluations
- Promotes and observes safety practices
- Graduate of any Vocational course
- Must have a minimum of 2 years or more than years of experience in a manufacturing company, with additional preference given to those who have experience in the semiconductor industry.
- With 1 - 3 years working experience related to Facility Operation
- Proficient in operating and maintaining industrial equipment, specifically chiller and compressor units.
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintenance HVAC systems.
- Skills in electrical troubleshooting, particularly in motor control and auto control systems.
- Competency in computer applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- With strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with an advantage for those who can perform root cause analysis.
