Job Description
- Perform setup, calibration, maintenance of SMT machines, including pick and place, reflow ovens, and screen printers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Optimize machine settings to improve efficiency and reduce defects.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure proper component placement.
- Collaborate with engineers and operators to enhance production processes.
- Maintain records of machine performance, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedule.
- Basic technical Knowledge of SMT machines or willingness to learn.
- Physical stamina as the role often involves standing or repetitive tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
