Description

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers via multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products and services.
• Document support interactions in the ticketing system for future reference and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to communicate customer feedback and issues.
• Conduct training sessions and resource creation for customers on product usage.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; further technical certification is a plus.
• Experience Level: 3–5 years in technical support or a related field.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Database Management (SQL, API and MongoDB), basic understanding of Solidity, and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure, and customer-oriented mindset.
• Working Conditions: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.
