Description
- Monitor and control computer systems and networks for performance and efficiency.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records of system operations.
- Assist IT team in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Implement scheduled backup procedures and ensure data integrity.
- Provide technical support to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software; familiarity with networking concepts.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
