Description
- Provide high-quality technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware products.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features based on customer feedback.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers on product usage and best practices.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English Language, strong public speaking abilities, teamwork skills, and customer relationship management expertise.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Capable of handling customer inquiries and escalations effectively.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
