Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
• 1–2 years of IT support experience (fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are welcome)
• Ability to develop canvas and model-driven apps and integrate with SharePoint/Dataverse (Power Apps)
• Skilled in creating dashboards, reports, and basic data modeling (Power BI)
• Experience in workflow automation and Microsoft service integration (Power Automate)
• Basic programming knowledge in Python, C#, JavaScript, and SQL
• Familiarity with AI tools or cloud platforms
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 issues
• Set up, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and IT assets
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT inventory records
• Assist in deploying and promoting responsible use of AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)
• Contribute to digital transformation and automation projects
• Implement and monitor information security measures and endpoint protection
• Participate in IT audits, incident reporting, and security awareness programs
