- Assist customers with technical support issues related to products and services.
- Provide after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Install and configure CCTV systems for clients.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Document customer interactions and technical specifications accurately.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CCTV installation
