TECHNICAL SERVICE COORDINATOR

Qualifications:

• Graduates of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and other related courses.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in the related field.
• With good communication skills, both in oral and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Can work under pressure, aggressive, determined and fast learner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform customer & technical service responsibilities of a complex nature that require independent judgment and problem-solving skills
• Provides technical support for field Technical Engineers generally through phone & email support as necessary.
• Coordinates with the suppliers for the repair or replacement of items.
• Schedules pull out of defective items and delivery of repaired items to customers
• Schedules transfer and delivery of items for repair and repair and replacement to the suppliers.
• Handle incoming email/phone calls related to; return material requests, product demo, & RMA items.
• Prepares reports for documentation as required by the management.
