Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience Level: 6 months to 1 year (BPO) experience in technical support or a related field.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong technical support skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
• Qualities and Traits: Patient, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
