Job Title: Web Design Support Specialist (Voice)

Location: Cyberpark Tower 1, Cubao, Quezon City (Onsite)

Salary Package: PHP 20,400 – PHP 23,400 (PHP 17,000 Basic Pay)

Start Date: August 7, 2026

Recruitment End Date: July 22, 2026

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle email support and moderation tasks for a Web Design Support Specialist.
• Review and manage customer/user-generated content while ensuring compliance with Trust & Safety guidelines.
• Provide accurate responses and resolutions through email communication.
• Maintain quality standards and follow account policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation and handling of customer concerns.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of BPO experience.
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate.
• Email handling experience is required.
• Trust & Safety experience is highly preferred/required.
• C1 English proficiency level.
• No attendance issues.
• Willing to work onsite at Cyberpark Tower 1, Cubao, Quezon City.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to web designing tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT or generative AI).
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, or Zoom.
