Provide customer support for web design and digital creative services. Assist clients with inquiries about web design packages, project timelines, hosting, website maintenance, and basic technical concerns while delivering professional and customer-focused service.
Job Requirements
*Preferred:*
* Exposure to web designing, Canva, Photoshop
* Basic knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT or generative AI)
* Preferably with exposure to Google Workspace, Slack, or Zoom
*Non-negotiables:*
* Email handling experience
* No attendance issues
* *Trust & Safety experience (Most important)*.
