Software Deployment & ISS Management
1. Handle installation, updating, and removal of software and ISS deployments.
2. Generate compliance reports, track deployments, and follow up with users and the ITMO team for compliance and remediation.
Reporting, Compliance & Vulnerability Tracking
1. Generate and track compliance and vulnerability reports.
2. Monitor remediation progress and ensure timely completion.
Review & Attestation
1. Conduct periodic reviews for USB storage, ISS PCs, and MFA security groups.
2. Validate user and device access, trigger removals where no longer required, and submit consolidated summary reports.
3. Additional responsibilities include password compliance verification, software licence tracking, and non-corporate software compliance renewals
