Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain, update, and document customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
