Technical Support Associate

In-charge of providing technical support of DiziOne Learning Solutions Inc,

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Technical Support Associate to join Dizione. The role is responsible for providing technical assistance to clients, product implementation, troubleshooting concerns, and ensuring smooth day-to-day system operations.

-Provide on-site technical support to clients

-Implement and configure modules of any Dizione Product

-Facilitate resolving client concerns

-Perform routine tasks, server maintenance and back-ups

-Provide reports for both the client and the management

-Conduct basic user orientation and system assistance when necessary

Qualifications:

-Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology graduate or any relevant discipline

-Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills

-Good research and data analysis skills

-Keen attention to detail

-Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel

-Customer-oriented

-Can work within minimum supervision

-Programming background and experience using MS SQL is an Advantage

-Willing to do field work
