Description
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist in pre-sale technical inquiries to guide customers through product selection.
- Manage after-sales support, resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Document customer interactions and technical solutions in the support database.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address complex product issues and enhancements.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Technology
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English; strong communication skills; knowledge of pre-sale and after-sales support processes
- Qualities and Traits: Problem-solving attitude; customer-oriented; ability to work under pressure
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with flexible working hours
