Description
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing technical issues and inquiries.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems efficiently over the phone or via remote support.
- Document all interactions and solutions provided to enhance the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate issues when necessary.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product changes and enhancements.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in technical support or a related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in troubleshooting techniques.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience and empathy when dealing with frustrated customers, along with a passion for technology.
