TECHNICAL INSTALLER (Project-based)

Job Summary

The technical installer’s primary work assignment is to install, configure, assemble a variety of technical equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and test technical systems (e.g. hardware devices).

2. Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site.

3. Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards

4. Provide basic training or guidance to clients on system usage.

5. Document installation processes and service reports.

6. Coordinate with project managers and other technicians

Job Specification:

• Educational Qualifications: Graduate of any computer related course (y-year or 2-year course).
• Work Experience: With at least one (1) year work experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skills: Relevant technical qualifications. Knowledgeable on basic troubleshooting and installation, assembly of computer.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools

Others: Willing to do a provincial assignment.

Willing to do overtime if needed (weekends, or overtime depending on projects)

Willing to work as delivery assistant if needed (lift and carry technical equipment)

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
