The Technical Officer-in-Charge (Technical OIC) is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the Technical Service Department. The position ensures the effective delivery of technical services to clients, proper scheduling and supervision of service technicians, timely resolution of customer concerns, and compliance with company standards and safety procedures. The Technical OIC serves as the primary coordinator between clients, sales personnel, and technical staff to ensure excellent service quality and customer satisfaction.
