Description

• Oversee the planning, procurement, and inventory management of spare parts required for service operations.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of critical spare parts to support timely service delivery.

• Prepare and process spare parts purchase requests based on inventory requirements, service forecasts, and operational needs

• Review and validate spare parts records within the inventory management system to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Manage the warranty claims of each unit to supplier

• Ensure all spare parts movements are properly documented, recorded, and supported by the necessary approvals.

• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to verify that physical stock quantities match system records.

• Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing personnel, and service teams regarding spare parts availability, lead times, and replenishment requirements.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Electrical/Electronics or a related field
• Experience Level: 1-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role/ Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
