- To achieve sales target for parts/services of the company.
- To ensure warranty coverage/enrollment of all qualified equipment distributed by the company.
- Check on status of all distributed 201 file for equipment distributed or handled by the equipment maintenance team.
- Maintain equipment 201 file for equipment distributed or handled by the equipment maintenance team.
- Regularly coordinate with other Operations department personnel and ensure efficient service delivery for customer requirements.
- Establish goodwill and maintain good relations with customers and principals under his/her jurisdiction.
- Maintain reporting systems required by management.
- Identify training opportunities and, as necessary, document issues and constructively discusses corrective action, as needed, with Operations Manager.
- Conduct Quality Management System prescribed procedures, track issues and issue resolution for detected non-conformances to ensure all works is properly completed and is in accordance with the ISO, Company and Government safety and compliance procedures.
