Job Title: Sales Engineer (Mid–Senior Level)

Location: Pasig City (with client/site visits)

Job Summary

Seeking a results-driven and technically competent Sales Engineer to join our growing team. This role combines technical expertise and sales leadership to drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and support project execution from proposal to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical sales of engineering, construction, and industrial products/services
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and cost estimates
• Deliver client presentations, product demonstrations, and technical explanations
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and project teams
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and technical specifications
• Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closing
• Generate leads, acquire new clients, and manage key accounts
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and ensure project follow-through
• Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships
• Prepare sales reports, forecast, and manage sales pipeline

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
• PRC License (preferred but not required)
• 3–7 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or project-based selling
• Strong background in engineering or construction industry sales
