Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the technical point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and proposing suitable manufacturing solutions.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential customers, provide technical expertise during sales presentations, and assist in closing deals.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and manufacturing processes to effectively communicate technical benefits to clients.
  • Solution Development: Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate product configurations or custom solutions to meet their specifications.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and reports in coordination with sales and engineering teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of customer requirements.
  • Project Management: Monitor project timelines, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled according to technical specifications, budget, and deadlines.
  • Technical Presentations: Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training to clients, showcasing product features and value propositions.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • After-Sales Support: Provide technical support to customers post-sale, resolving any issues related to product functionality and performance.


Requirement

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technical product specifications, and relevant industry standards.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to identify sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze customer problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with both technical and sales teams.
