ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Generate sales opportunities for construction projects and preventive maintenance services.

Involved in providing technical solutions, preparing project proposals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term service contracts and customer satisfaction for ZUPI services.

• Identify and develop new opportunities/clients for construction projects and preventive maintenance services.

• Promote company services including construction work, installation, repair, testing & commissioning and preventive maintenance programs.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and cost estimates.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients or end users, facility managers, building owners.

• Conduct site visits, client meetings, presentations and technical discussions to understand client requirements.

• Provide sales support and maintain long-term service agreements.

• Prepare and present to potential client ZUPI presentation for services.

Technical and Proposal Preparation and Documentations.

• Coordinate with engineering and project team for project execution

• Conduct site inspection and technical evaluation together with design engineer or project management supervisor.

• Prepare project proposal, scope of works, technical specifications and service agreements with help of project management supervisor.

• Assist in contract negotiations with client.

• Maintain proper documentation on sales activity and project records.

Market and Competitor analysis

• Monitor industry trend in construction and maintenance services.

• Identify potential projects and forecast for projects.

• Provide market feedback for services.

Attend Project Bidding to grow ZUPI services business.

Submit report to monitor the progress of all activities and projects:

• Weekly Project Progress Report

• Submit Weekly Report for all project visitation

• Submit Weekly Report for all project quotation
