Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

- Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier management

- Strong understanding of electrical systems, standards, and components

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills


Responsibilities:

- Prepare cost estimates and Bills of Materials (BOM) for Solar PV systems based on project requirements.

- Manage procurement activities for local and international suppliers, including sourcing, evaluation, and coordination.

- Handle import purchasing processes and oversee logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials.

- Assist in the preparation of client proposals, including project costing, profit analysis, and scope definition.

- Maintained organized records of project data, supplier information, client details, and delivery schedules.

- Support inventory monitoring and coordinate material deliveries to project sites and clients.

- Track project budgets and cash flow, analyzing actual versus projected costs and profitability.

- Prepare technical reports and professional presentation materials for internal and client use.

- Apply knowledge of Solar PV systems, components, and design considerations to support procurement and sales activities.
