- Act as the primary technical resource for the sales team, providing product knowledge and technical support.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and proposals.
- Assist in the design and implementation of solutions based on customer specifications.
- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in technical sales or engineering.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in technical product knowledge.
- Qualities and Traits: Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude.
