Job Summary:

The Technical Sales Engineer is responsible for creating and providing proposals for piping systems using HDPE pipes and related accessories. This role also involves offering technical support as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating smooth coordination between internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate and competitive quotations/proposals by considering various engineering factors and client requirements.
• Provide occasional technical support and coordinate with both external and internal clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and manage all documentation required for the delivery and release of finished goods, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Compile and submit any reports, data, or instructions requested by the immediate supervisor or department head.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field (3 years of experience required).
• Experience: A minimum of 1+ years of experience in technical sales or a related field. The experience requirement increases with lower levels of formal education.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge of piping systems, particularly HDPE pipes and related accessories.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical information.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach to understanding and addressing client needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to provide effective solutions.
