Position: IT Project Manager

Company Industry: Software Development / IT Services

Work Location: Makati City, Metro Manila

Work Schedule: Full-time

Salary: Php 40,000-90,000 per month

Work Set Up: On-site

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline

• At least 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in software development

• Solid knowledge of agile methodologies and established project management frameworks

• Strong communication skills with proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively

• Expertise in project planning, risk assessment, and resource management

• Familiarity with Python and PostgreSQL

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee end‑to‑end software development projects, from initiation through completion

• Lead and align cross‑functional teams of developers and business partners

• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets

• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies

• Facilitate regular status updates and present progress reports to stakeholders

• Ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery of projects that meet quality standards

• Continuously refine processes and apply best practices to enhance project outcomes
