Technical Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Head to join Cedarside Industries, Inc. in a full-time capacity based in our Ortigas office in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As Technical Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and leading our technical team to deliver exceptional results on every project. This is a strategic leadership position that plays a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and driving continuous improvement across all technical functions within the organisation.

Key responsibilities

·        Work closely with the technical team and ensure that all requests from Account Executives are delivered accordingly.

·        Render and plot carpet designs for presentation and bidding purposes. Assign team members to compute carpet quantities, carpet accessories, and layouts of carpet cuttings for

installation.

·        Compute carpet quantities accurately for quotation purposes.

·        Guide installers regarding the cutting plan for installation purposes.

·        Conduct site inspections with installers for carpet rectification.

·        Assign and schedule daily tasks given by Account Executives, such as incoming projects, collections, and site measurements, to the team.

What we're looking for

·        Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or any related field.

·        At least three years of management experience in the construction industry.

·        Extensive knowledge of CAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and other similar software.

·        Capable of leading a high-performing technical team, fostering collaboration, and driving successful project execution

·        Systematic, organized, highly attentive to detail, and able to work well under pressure.

·        Artistic and passionate about design.
