IT MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Department Leadership: Lead and manage all information technology functions across the organization.
- Infrastructure & Security: Oversee IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, systems integration, and strict cybersecurity protocols.
- Tech Support & Operations: Ensure seamless technical support workflows and continuous uptime for critical operations.
- Digital Transformation: Plan and execute forward-thinking tech initiatives to optimize overall company efficiency.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Core Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in information technology.
- Leadership Experience: At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Preferred Industry Edge: Prior experience supporting manufacturing, ERP, warehouse, or production systems is highly preferred.
- Traits: Strong analytical mind, proactive problem solver, and an effective leader under pressure.
