FMC Research Solutions is seeking an experienced Software Development Tech Lead to lead software development initiatives, drive technical excellence, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. 

What You'll Do 

• Lead solution architecture, technical design, and software development efforts. 
• Design and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable applications and APIs. 
• Guide Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management. 
• Establish development standards, best practices, and code quality guidelines. 
• Mentor and support software engineers to foster growth and technical excellence. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives. 
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and successful project delivery. 

Qualifications 

• 10+ years of software development experience 
• 5 years in a Tech Lead, Solution Architect, or Development Lead role 
• Strong expertise in Python, React, and enterprise application architecture 
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and cloud-native solutions 
• Strong knowledge of NoSQL databases and modern software engineering practices 
• Proven success leading technical teams and complex software projects 
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
