TECHNICIAN MANAGER

Location: Makati City

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical, or related field

• At least 3–5 years of experience in technical operations or supervisory/management role

• Strong leadership and people-management skills

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Experience in medical equipment, biomedical equipment, or a related industry is an advantage

• Willing to work on-site in Makati

• Able to manage multiple technical tasks and projects

Job Requirements

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of the technical team

• Assign and monitor technicians’ work schedules and service requests

• Ensure proper installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment

• Monitor the quality and timely completion of technical services

• Coordinate with Sales and other departments regarding technical requirements

• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians

• Prepare and monitor service reports, maintenance records, and other technical documents

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards

• Handle technical concerns and provide appropriate solutions
