- assist with preparation of deliveries to Registry of Deeds and LOCAL Govt unit and BIR
- assist payment of taxes, doas and ctc etc.
- assist transfer of titles, tax declaration and others
- assist inspection of City, Engr. Office and Fire Department
- Close coordination with other Department
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in project execution, support team activities, and manage documentation.
- Working Conditions: Full-time position in a dynamic office environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Adaptable, proactive, and detail-oriented individual.
