Description

  1. Ensures the accurate inventory of tools and that usage and return of tools are properly recorded on a daily basis. Maintains a logbook to track the tools. 
  2. Alerts General Manager of non-compliance of Technicians so that this is discussed during the meeting. 
  3. Ensures that no clearance is signed by his superior for resigned Technicians with unreturned tools.
  4. Records and returns via Acumatica all machine parts borrowed by the technicians as reference to their service.
  5. Create Sales Order (SO) all sold machine parts in Acumatica.
  6. Monitors Ink Consumption of our clients with our machines.
  7. Ensures the systematic and timely filing of all technical department documents. All files should be properly labeled and easily retrievable.
  8. Summarizes the concerns or problems reported by Technical and Sales team and submits this to the General Manager. Reports to the GM and Technical Head about the assessment from clients (Twice a month. Every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month)
  9. Helps the Technical Department to maintain good customer relationship through direct contact with the Company’s clients to get feedback about their inquiries and concerns.  
  10. Reports violations of Technician to General Manager and Human Resources. Provides Incident Reports with all pertinent details as necessary.
  11. Reports feedback gathered from visit to customers for information of the Technical Head and General Manager and recommends action steps to address concerns or problems.
  12. Helps in inculcating a positive work environment. Immediately alerts Human Resources on violations to our Company’s Code of Conduct without being followed up. 

Requirements

Education, qualifications and training

  • At least two years in College
  • Certification Courses
  • Can drive motorcycle and four wheel vehicle


Experience or skills required

  • At least two (2) years’ experience in field work and customer service
  • Good oral and written communication skills; proficiency in English and Filipino languages.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; pleasant, able to relate well with all internal and external customers.
  • Analytical, systematic and Logical
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Computer literate (at least Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Time management skills
