Description

The Technical Coordinator is responsible for coordinating architectural and technical drawings on-site, ensuring alignment with construction activities and resolving design-related issues with consultants and subcontractors. Must be an Architecture graduate with experience in high-rise building projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an architectural or design coordination role
• Proficiency in design and drafting tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, design processes, and documentation
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external consultants
• Familiarity with building codes, permitting processes, and local regulations is a plus
• Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Licensed Architect
