Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education not mandatory but advantageous
  • Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of experience in a customer service-related role
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving skills, familiarity with CRM systems, proficiency in typing and multitasking
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Answering customer calls, addressing concerns, providing information, and documenting interactions accurately
  • Working Conditions: Office setting, requires sitting for long periods, wearing a headset, and working various shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, resilience to stress, excellent verbal skills, and a positive demeanor
