Description
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve market penetration.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Establish strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 2–5 years of experience as a Team Leader inside the BPO, with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong time management and workload prioritization skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience using CRM tools.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to track sales performance and generate reports.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
