We’re Hiring: Roving Store Team Leader (Luzon Deployment)

As we continue to expand across Luzon, we’re in need of reliable Roving Store Team Leaders who can step in and take charge when a branch is short on staff or in need of leadership support.

This role is perfect for someone flexible, dependable, and ready to lead wherever needed — whether it’s for emergency coverage, reliever duty, or supporting newly opened or understaffed stores.

• Act as the Team Leader or reliever in stores that are short on staff or leadership
• Handle daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
• Supervise sales, cashiering, and inventory activities as needed
• Support and guide in-store teams to reach sales targets and resolve issues
• Maintain store compliance with company procedures and standards
• Assist walk-in customers and ensure excellent front-facing service
• Stay updated on product pricing and store promotions

• At least college level in IT or any business-related field
• Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a retail environment
• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and cashiering (POS/manual systems)
• Knowledgeable in inventory monitoring and basic stockroom processes
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and leadership skills
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
• Willing to be assigned on-call or deployed to different stores in Luzon depending on manpower needs
