Overview:

We are looking for aspiring Team Leaders who will undergo a structured training program covering all store operations. This role is designed to prepare you for a Team Leader position after completing the training.

Training Coverage:

• Cashier Operations
• Sales & Customer Service
• Inventory & Documentation
• Store Operations & Team Supervision

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any course (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Strong communication skills and leadership potential
• Willing to be trained in all areas of store operations
• Willing to be assigned in SM Megamall

Career Path:

• Team Leader (via Management Trainee Program)
• Possible regularization and leadership role upon successful training
