Description

The role of a Team Leader in a BPO is dynamic and requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure that both team and organizational goals are achieved.

  • Identify training needs and organize training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Provide continuous coaching and support to team members.
  • Implement action plans to address performance gaps and improve overall team productivity.
  • Ensure that the team provides excellent customer service and effectively handles customer inquiries and complaints.

Requirements

  • With 2 years of supervisory experience
  • With experience in starting a new team/new processes in a BPO industry
  • Preferably someone with Hotel Reservation experience or a travel support account (Booking.Com, Traveloka, Klook, Agoda, Expedia, and the like)
  • Willing to work onsite (Makati) and can start immediately
