We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Psychology Faculty member to teach psychology courses, mentor students, and contribute to the academic, research, and service functions of the institution.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate psychology courses and prepare instructional materials.
• Develop and update course syllabi and learning resources.
• Assess and evaluate student performance.
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
• Conduct research and participate in scholarly activities.
• Engage in community extension and institutional programs.
• Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and accreditation activities.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the Dean or Academic Head.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Psychology; doctoral degree is an advantage.
• Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Psychometrician is preferred, required by institutional policies.
• Teaching experience in higher education is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and research skills.
• Commitment to student learning and academic excellence
• Knowledgeable in outcomes-based education (OBE) and CHED standards.
• With good communication skills, professional integrity, and good moral character.
• Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) is an advantage.
