Qualifications

• College graduate (any course)
• Must be fluent in Mandarin
• Knows how to speak English
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, very patient and loves children
• Will be teaching preschoolers aged 3–5 yrs old, both onsite and online
• Fully vaccinated
• Will be working onsite at 158 Ma. Clara St. Talayan Village, QC, Mon–Fri 8–5pm
• Salary range: 21–25k
• Employment type: Contractual (per school year)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging Mandarin language lesson plans.
• Deliver interactive classroom instruction tailored to students' proficiency levels.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through regular testing and feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and resources.
• Organize and participate in cultural events and extracurricular activities.
• Provide individualized support to students requiring additional assistance.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and performance.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
• Integrate technology and multimedia resources into classroom instruction.
